President William Ruto has named Eliud Langat as the Acting Deputy Inspector General of the Kenya Police Service. Langat, an explosives expert and former General Service Unit commandant, assumes his new role following changes announced by Chief of Staff Felix Koskei. He takes over from Douglas Kanja Kirocho, who was named Acting Inspector General of Police.
